Principal Product Manager

• Define and drive product strategy for assigned squads • Translate FMCG customer needs into technical requirements • Prioritize features balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact • Own the roadmap from data ingestion through AI-powered insights • Define success metrics and measure product impact • Collaborate with engineering on technical architecture decisions • Work with FDEs to gather customer feedback and validate solutions • Drive adoption of agentic and conversational capabilities • Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and integrations • Present product vision to stakeholders and customers

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or DaSS software
  • Strong technical background with ability to engage in architecture discussions
  • Experience with data products, analytics platforms, or AI/ML products
  • Understanding of both technical and non-technical user needs
  • Proven track record of successful product launches
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
