• provide comprehensive HR support for APAC to the People team • produce employee documentation including offer letters, contracts, variations, and other related documentation • maintain employee records by updating HR Database (Sage), Peakon • manage administration for onboarding of new starters • enhance processes for onboarding, offboarding and all other employee lifecycle events • support and advise managers and employees with incoming HR queries • manage performance appraisal process • provide professional HR advice on policy and process • liaise with payroll and finance on people-related issues • understand employment law and best practices • support HR Partner in improving processes • continue building customer service culture • complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks • manage all HR operational tasks to ensure audit readiness
