Lead Field Implementation Manager
Saab
• Be responsible for developing and executing all aspects of deploying our systems on customer premises. • Participate in the planning and development of installation strategies. • Help plan and estimate prospective installations during proposals. • Gain an understanding of customer requirements through hosting meeting and conducting surveys at the customer locations. • Produce a site survey report after making site visits detailing all necessary installation consideration that will need to be done in order to provide for a suitable installation environment. • Recommend installation strategies. • Identify code related activates that may require professional engineer stamped design. • Identify installation materials needed to supplement bill-of-materials. • Develop subcontractor statements of work and bid packages. • Hold pre-bid meetings. • Aid in the review and award of sub-contracts. • Manage design and construction subcontractors. • Work with other Saab resources to coordinate all necessary efforts to provide for a successful installation. • Self-perform some minor installation work when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- 6-8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in program/project management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio, Project, PowerPoint).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, attention to detail while tracking multiple interdependent functions, and ability to follow-up action items and requests.
- Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, possess a strong work ethic and constant desire to learn.
- Possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally and domestic up to 25% in support of program and business development efforts.

Role Description The Implementation Manager is responsible for enhancement to existing products and development of new products to broaden current service offerings. This role is also accountable for project management and implementation management with new and existing clients.
