Dein Aufgabenbereich Startphase (erste Wochen): - Terminaufbau: Du lernst, Kundentermine zu vereinbaren (Telefon, Netzwerk, Leads) und baust kontinuierlich deine Pipeline auf. - Prozess & Standards: Du lernst Beratungsprozesse, Gesprächsführung, Bedarfsermittlung und Dokumentation. - Feedback & Entwicklung: Du bekommst Coaching, arbeitest KPI-basiert und entwickelst dich schnell in Richtung eigener Verantwortung. Im weiteren Verlauf: - Analyse & Beratung: Du analysierst Kundensituationen und entwickelst (mit Unterstützung) passende Finanz- und Vorsorgekonzepte. - Kundenbeziehung: Du lernst, Beziehungen langfristig aufzubauen und als Ansprechpartner verlässlich zu agieren. - Optimierung: Du überprüfst Lösungen regelmäßig und passt sie an Lebenssituationen und Marktbedingungen an. - Teamarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Beratern und Spezialisten zusammen, um Top-Lösungen zu liefern.
