We are currently looking for passionate home cooks based in Kazakhstan to participate in our Clary Image Collection Project. What’s the Project About? The purpose of the project will be to select and prepare dishes of your choice, capturing clear photos throughout the process – from measuring ingredients to the finished meal. Following our task guidelines, you will share both the photos and the relevant cooking details with us. Our goal is to provide high-quality data to improve future artificial intelligence technology! Who Can Participate? - Be at least 18 years old. - Residing in Kazakhstan. - Have a smartphone or tablet with a model released in 2018 or later, equipped with a functional camera. - Have a digital weighing scale for measuring the weight (grams) of ingredients and food. The scale should have a tare function, which allows you to reset the weight to zero after placing a container on it. - Have a measuring ruler or measuring tape. - Have working proficiency in English Compensation: You will receive $8 USD per accepted set of photos for each dish. The 24/7 Shift Supervisor is responsible for directing clinical operation of designated Advocacy 24/7 shift, which may include one or more of the following functions: human resources, customer service, and information technology. This role requires internet upload and download speeds of at least 80Mbps. This is a remote role. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for completing triage calls 50% of the work week, 20 hours per week or approx. 3-5 calls per shift. - Responsible for direct supervision and support of assigned nurses in their day-to-day operations 50% of the work week, 20 hours per week. - Act as a resource for day-to-day questions for assigned nurses and as backup to management when not available or when clinical expert is needed. - Organize and provide shift coverage for day-to-day nurse call ins. - Monitor assigned nurse call volume. Make recommendations for action plans to improve management as needed. - Provide feedback for performance evaluations and performance management as requested. - Complete Quality Assurance on 5% of monthly individual nurse calls. - Assist with training of new and existing nurses as assigned. - Recommend process changes to improve workflow efficiencies as identified. - Responsible for human resources matters directly related to assigned nurses supervised. - Regular and consistent attendance. - Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). - Additional duties as required. - Depending on position/area, may be required to perform the following: - May be required to travel overnight and attend meetings. - May perform Advocacy 24/7 nurse responsibilities. - May perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of various reports and/or logs.
