• Reconcile project budgets with project managers. • Keep accurate records of all changes and charge backs. • Recognize budget changes and point out when change orders need to be created. • Attend project meetings and identify when change orders need to be generated and ensure that process is started • Process approvals and payments for invoices submitted by sites/vendors; ensure payments are within contractual agreements • Identify out of balance accounting records and reconcile with site/vendor and the finance department • Communicate directly with the site and vendors to resolve invoice differences • Conduct Quality Control process reviews and remediate as needed • Maintain the clinical financial database • Ensure documentation is maintained to support an audit trail in the accounting system • Support the Clinical relationship with Finance • Interface with Accounting for the close/reconciliation process • Serve as the Clinical Finance representative for study teams • Provide data for clinical trial forecasting and budgeting process • Anticipate clinical trial budget revisions due to out-of-scope services, enrollment delays, etc. • Process financial termination/closure of study sites • Process monthly clinical dashboard • Provide actual cost budget analysis • Adhere to appropriate quality documents (e.g. SOPs, Training Guides), as applicable including EP and SOPs and processes. • Other duties as assigned

• Partner with business leaders to develop strategic, long range financial plans and translating complex financial data into actionable insights • Provide direct support for various business verticals by owning all FP&A business cycles: Completing monthly close, updating quarterly forecasts, managing annual budgets, and assisting in production of monthly Executive reporting package • Drive monthly actual versus budget reporting & variance analysis: identify drivers and generate executive level commentary • Track headcount management; be the source for department expense tracking & reporting • Manage yearly Capital Expense budget for both software development and physical long-term assets • Drive process improvements and participate in reporting enhancements with a mindset of continuous improvement • Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close to ensure accuracy and completeness of expenses, accruals and explanations of variances to plan • Manage daily financial inquiries, ad hoc reports, and collaborate with other teams on projects and modeling • Produce business cases for the organization that help foster value-based decision making

• Lead financial management of external client pharmacy financial operations • Monitor and interpret market trends to inform financial forecasts • Collaborate closely with clinical, pharmacy, and operational leaders to assess financial impact of new initiatives • Drive financial performance and planning across multiple health systems • Represent finance in external client meetings as needed

• Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and variance analyses • Monitor business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Support budgeting and financial planning processes • Assist in preparing management reports and presentations for stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decisions • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data • Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools • Support ad hoc financial analysis as needed
