Financial Planning & Analysis Contractor

• Perform detailed variance and trend analysis to produce insights that enable executive leadership to take clear, actionable decisions. • Elevate financial analysis beyond information sharing by translating results into recommended actions and follow-ups. • Review and rationalize existing financial and operational reports, including the current set of Finance-created reports and Build Ops reporting. • Assess which reports are driving operational and leadership action versus those that should be eliminated, consolidated, or redesigned. • Develop forecast-versus-budget analysis to evaluate whether actual operational actions align with budget assumptions. • Build reporting to track key operational decisions against budget assumptions.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in FP&A/ strategic finance preferably at a top-tier firm.
  • Full-time, hands-on engagement for the duration of the contract; individual contributors only (no consulting firms).
  • Ability to quickly learn and operate within existing reporting systems and tools, including Build Ops.
