Job Requirements
- 15+ years of SAP delivery experience
- Minimum 7+ years in brownfield ECC to S/4HANA conversions
- Deep expertise in SAP Banking modules
- Proven experience managing large-scale conversions
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
- PMP certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proven track record managing executive-level stakeholder relationships
- Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong background in change management

Manage User Lifecycle & Access: Oversee end-to-end user administration (joiner–mover–leaver), including user creation, updates, deactivation, and role assignments, ensuring secure and business-aligned access while removing obsolete permissions. Process Access Requests & Governance: Handle access requests by validating approvals, ensuring compliance with policies, and delivering timely execution in line with agreed SLAs while collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
