Fully Remote from Europe or Asia As a Casino Technical Coordinator, you will serve as the essential link between Commercial and Platform teams, ensuring new game integrations are executed with precision and speed. You will drive operational efficiency by organizing new projects, resolving immediate bottlenecks, and translating business goals into actionable technical requirements. By providing this clarity, you ensure developers have the exact specifications needed to launch new features and games flawlessly, keeping our platform competitive and workflows organized. Duties and Responsibilities - Own and coordinate all end-to-end casino game and provider integrations to ensure timely and accurate delivery to the platform. - Act as the primary technical bridge between the Commercial and Platform Integration teams to maintain alignment across all project phases. - Track and monitor the status of all ongoing integrations to proactively identify risks and maintain clear internal documentation. - Lead the troubleshooting of game features and configurations by collaborating directly with external providers and internal technical teams. - Act as the final gatekeeper for new integrations by validating game settings, bonus features, and tournament configurations before public release. - Identify and resolve recurring integration issues to drive continuous improvement and optimize departmental workflows. - Translate commercial business needs into detailed technical requirements that the development team can execute without ambiguity. - Support the Commercial team by ensuring all provider wishlist items are technically assessed and prioritized within the pipeline. - Maintain high standards of data accuracy and configuration integrity throughout the entire integration lifecycle. - Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders to ensure visibility into the integration roadmap and potential bottlenecks. Requirements - Technical Literacy: A strong technical mindset with the ability to understand API-based setups, platform configurations, and integration documentation (no coding experience required). - Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines. - Communication Skills: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for business stakeholders and vice versa. - Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to troubleshooting with a focus on finding efficient solutions to technical discrepancies. - Industry Experience (Plus): Previous experience in the iGaming industry (B2B or B2C) is highly preferred, though we are open to candidates from Fintech or SaaS backgrounds.

Reads previous documentation and design notes, and uses computer based training or company technical products to gather and research complex technical information for use in complex documentation. - Writes, organizes, enters and compiles complex online help files to support end users. - Creates, compiles, and delivers complex system/software developmental documentation packages including, but not limited to narratives, logic diagrams, input and output samples, input preparation instructions, job setup information, etc., from technical project team inputs, system requirements analysis, system design specifications, technical system design, technical procedure development, configuration control requirements, test and training specifications, and programming notes. - Assists in establishing style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations to meet business needs. - Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. • Assist with research, planning, implementation, and evaluation support in the development of acquisition-related communication guidance and plans. • Assist CG-925 staff with conducting research, preparing read-ahead materials, and drafting speeches, briefings or talking points on an as needed basis. • Assist with writing, editing and proofreading fact sheets, media advisories, acquisition updates, white papers, and other written materials for audiences to include the media, as well as internal and external stakeholders. • Provide research for and assist with drafting responses to information requests from the media and other stakeholders. • Write, edit, and proofread unique news articles, with at least one (1) being a new feature article, per week on the CG-9 public website or feature articles each month as described below for CG-9 or USCG publications or websites, including at least one article per month in support of CG-9 input to the USCG blog. • Provide writing support, including planning, research, and development of newsletters. • Assist in development of branded communication tools, including posters; brochures; trifolds; guides; charts and graphs to support acquisition communication products and engagement. • Maintain standard templates for regularly used communication products, including posters, brochures, guides, charts, and graphs. • Provide writing support, graphic design, and layout for each update to the CG-9 fact sheets as stated in Media & Stakeholder Outreach Materials.
