• Serve as the primary project manager for multiple, high-stakes campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination, precise execution, and transparent communication across all internal and external stakeholders; • Design, implement, and rigorously manage detailed campaign plans and timelines. This includes developing clear meeting agendas, capturing comprehensive notes, and executing proactive follow-up to ensure all campaigns and engagements are driven to successful, on-time completion; • Serve as the key operational contact for all external partners, expertly managing inbound inquiries and communication flow; • Provide strategic, trusted support and counsel to a diverse set of stakeholders—from grassroots student and family advocates to C-suite and senior organizational leaders—to maximize campaign effectiveness and partnership health; • Establish and maintain project management tools and templates to drive organizational efficiency and consistency; • Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks that could jeopardize campaign timelines or outcomes; • Track, measure, and report on overall project health, presenting regular status updates to leadership; • Facilitate cross-functional retrospectives and post-campaign analysis to capture lessons learned and continuously improve future campaign strategy and execution; • Manage budget tracking and vendor contracts.
Job Requirements
- At least six (6) years of professional experience with a minimum of three (3) years managing complex projects, preferably within the civic tech, political, or advocacy campaigns spaces;
- Proven ability to manage up, manage shifting priorities, and 'pivot' quickly in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment;
- Comfort and efficacy in navigating ambiguity and structuring undefined work streams;
- Demonstrated experience in compelling written communication for diverse internal and external stakeholders, including campaign messaging and reporting;
- Experience leading high-stakes meetings with confidence and clarity;
- Proficiency in the use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and experience leveraging AI tools for project efficiency;
- Strong speaking and presentation skills.

GIS Data Project Manager Description The GIS Data Project Manager is responsible for the planning, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of project activities related to SSP Data Services to ensure the viability and success of the project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. Requirements - Manage project scope and budget in accordance with contract(s) and project financial targets, including management of a change control process. About the role The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the embedded Verndale design team, at a major technology client, with managing and conducting team activities to ensure projects run smoothly.
