• Lead a comprehensive refactor of our large-scale Next.js application, introducing best practices in architecture, performance, and maintainability. • Define and maintain architectural patterns for enterprise-grade Next.js applications. • Establish scalable and maintainable state management strategies (including MobX, Redux, Zustand, or similar). • Standardize coding practices, component structures, and testing strategies across the frontend team. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to frontend engineers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to align frontend architecture with business and UX goals. • Lead code reviews and architectural discussions. • Profile and optimize application performance using Lighthouse, Web Vitals, React Profiler, and similar tools.
