Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 to 8+ years of experience with ERP or Human Capital Management (HCM) applications
- Consulting leadership experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ceridian, UltiPro, ADP or similar
- Ability to articulate a broader value proposition that includes the full scope of Workday, HR Transformation, Change Management and other advanced technologies
- Ability to work within a matrix environment working across lines of business, Clients Managers and key Consultants
- Experience working with the various phases of an implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodology
- Experience consulting with clients on implementation strategy
- Experience presenting software solutions in front of technical and business audiences
- Ability to build strong relationships within the prospective organization inclusive of identifying and cultivating a strong coach within the account
- Experience in driving strategic sales strategies designed for the C-suite level
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential
