CECL Risk Analyst

• Assist in the development and production of Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses (ALLL) methodology and reporting • Assist in developing (CECL) and maintaining ALLL methodology and all related calculations and reports • Prepare and distribute the quarterly allowance package • Execute various statistical, credit, and financial analysis that prospectively include macroeconomics trends and indicators • Perform industry/geographic/product/other segmentation analysis of ALLL • Assist with execution of stress testing of ALLL when assigned
Job Requirements
- Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar undergraduate degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial and/or risk areas
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products with strong Excel skills
- Power BI and SAS experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills.

The Role As a Nurse Practitioner on our Virtual Care Management team, you'll deliver a member-first clinical experience across virtual visits, care planning, and care team support. You'll report to the Clinical Director and partner closely with our physician medical directors, care managers, and care navigators. This is a clinical role with a strong operational component. You'll provide direct patient care, guide the care team on day-to-day clinical decisions, and help build the workflows and processes that make our care model work.
