Job Description We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst who can dig into data, identify patterns, and help answer why things are happening. You will work closely with a Lead Analyst to perform deep-dive analysis, validate data, and contribute to insights that drive business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, critical thinking, and working with real-world messy data. This position is fully remote within the U.S. and will be a W-2 hourly engagement for 6 to 9 months. The hourly range is $40/hr - $50/hr. Candidates will be paid based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, training, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program. Responsibilities: - Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and patterns - Support root cause analysis and deep-dive investigations - Perform segmentation and drill-down analysis to identify key drivers - Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy - Assist in developing insights and recommendations - Create clear summaries and visualizations for stakeholders - Collaborate with team members to solve complex business problems Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, advanced reporting, or a related field. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. - Experience working with data analysis (beyond basic reporting). - Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, filtering). - Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, analysis). - Exposure to: - Trend analysis - Data validation - Basic root cause analysis - Ability to think critically and ask “why” questions - Good communication skills NICE-TO-HAVE: - Tableau or MicroStrategy experience - Experience working with large datasets or data warehouses - Exposure to business problem-solving or analytics use cases Additional Information pureIntegration is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE), qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
