Short description As an Application Manager (m/f/d) – CRM Development, Data Quality & Integrations, you will take on a central role in shaping and evolving our CRM landscape. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring our systems are not only reliable and scalable, but also truly support the way our business operates and grows. Working closely with business stakeholders, internal experts, and external partners, you will drive continuous improvements across CRM-supported processes, champion data quality initiatives, and help connect our systems through seamless integrations. You’ll also play an active role in exciting migration and transformation projects, contributing to the ongoing development of our modern application environment. Additional workplace information: Your can work remote within Germany or on-site from one of our offices in Germany. Your team is currently located in the Karlsruhe area. Your mission Own and continuously improve our CRM landscape - Act as the primary application owner for our CRM environment (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales) - Manage user setup, roles, permissions, views, forms, workflows, and day-to-day administration - Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable solutions and coordinate implementations and enhancements with internal and external implementation partners - Implement and maintain customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including JavaScript-based client-side extensions and custom CRM logic - Drive continuous improvement of CRM-supported processes and user experience Drive data quality and master data initiatives - Lead data clean-up and data quality improvement projects across business-critical processes - Define and implement validation rules, governance measures, and quality controls - Improve the consistency and reliability of customer, contact, and further operational master data - Ensure that upstream source data supports reporting, automation, and downstream processes Support and further develop integrations and automations - Help design, test, document, and monitor interfaces between CRM, ERP, reporting, and other internal systems - Coordinate API-based integrations, middleware processes, and Power Automate workflows - Identify and eliminate manual handoffs through automation and process standardization - Analyze interface issues and support root-cause resolution After your onboarding, and once you feel comfortable, we’d love to hear your ideas and see you gradually get involved in topics such as: Support migrations and transformation projects - Contribute to system and data migration projects, including mapping, cleansing, testing, and cutover support - Support system consolidation and harmonization initiatives - Help prepare the internal systems landscape for growing reporting and integration requirements in the post-M&A context Explore practical AI use cases (optional) - Evaluate AI-supported improvements for internal workflows where they create clear business value - Support lightweight prototyping or rollout of useful AI-enabled features Your profile - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or a comparable CRM platform - Min. 3 years of experience in application management, CRM administration, business systems support, or a similar role - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales customization, including JavaScript development for client-side extensions and custom CRM logic - Experience in data quality, master data, migration, or systems integration topics - Good understanding of APIs, workflows, and automation tools; Power Automate, SQL, and Power BI are a plus - Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification - Ideally some exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or closely connected ERP processes - Strong analytical thinking and structured way of working - Ablility to translate business needs into practical technical solutions - Service-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across departments - Good German and English skills; French is a plus. Your team You will become part of our Digital Transformation Team (3 people), which is the central hub for internal business applications and data flows at Septeo CNEE. We work closely with all business units - from Marketing and Sales, Product and Technology to Service & Support, Controlling, and Financial Accounting - to design, govern, and operate the internal systems, integrations, and automations that keep the company scalable, efficient, and data-driven. We sit between Internal IT and Product & Technology and focus on building a seamless, scalable internal systems landscape with strong process automation, reliable data quality, and excellent user experience.
