Responsibilities - Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems in a timely manner. - Verify the accuracy of data and correct any errors or inconsistencies found during the entry process. - Organize and maintain electronic and paper records to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval. - Collaborate with team members to ensure all staffing information is current and accurately reflected in databases. - Assist in generating reports and summaries from data as requested by management or clients. - Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive staffing and candidate information. - Support administrative tasks related to the staffing process such as scheduling candidate interviews and managing client communications. - Assist with quality control efforts by periodically reviewing entered data for completeness and accuracy.
