Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES - Provides support in collection and organizing information required for preparation of user manual, training materials, installation guides, proposals and reports. - Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports or any other customer deliverables and documents. - Provides support in performing financial and administrative tasks. - Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation procedures and methods. Maintainsa current internal documentation library. - Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Non-Sensitive Tier 1 /NACI - At least five (5) years of experience. - Must have experience with MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, Power Point - Expert experience assisting with the creation, maintenance, and analysis of technical documentation and information, including presentations and reports, involving document assembly, editing, and related administrative and financial support. - Proficiency in organizational change management standards - Proficiency in IT project management experience using various Microsoft and graphic tools - Ability to create, critique, and update programmatic briefings and ghost emails for consumption by senior management. - Change agent with the ability to implement strategies to affect change and guiding teams to adapt change · Excellent communications skill, both written and oral, with focus on strong visual communications skills to convey complex concepts via graphic designs. - Creative, strategic thinker, and self-starter with ability to solve complex programmatic problems. - Ability to multi-task, deconflict priorities, and accountable for all assigned projects/tasks under broad guidance.
