Commercial Lines Technical Assistant

Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Technical Assistant to join our growing team in Manassas, VA!   Assist in commercial lines department in order to gain technical knowledge and learn the processes and procedures of Brown & Brown. Primary duties may include general clerical functions and data entry. Other additional projects may be assigned as needed.   How You Will Contribute:  - Assist with policy checking for commercial P&C accounts. - Assist with the submission process, including claims analysis. - Assist with the preparation of proposals. - Assist with loss runs and MVR orders. - Perform Clerical functions including, but not limited to scanning, proofreading, and photocopying documents. - Assist with entering data into applications as needed. - Reviewing and assigning documents scanned into ImageRight. - Back-up the front desk as needed. - Special Projects as needed. - Other duties may be assigned. Skills & Experience to be Successful: - Current college enrollment - Proficient with MS Office Suite - Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality Pay Range $24 - $24 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
