Netsuite Administrator
Cryoport
• Manage and maintain NetSuite, including users, roles, permissions, and security settings. • Configure and customize fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports. • Maintain system integrity and ensure data accuracy across all modules. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. • Support system upgrades, new module implementations, and integration projects. • Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite users across departments. • Maintain data integrity through audits and regular maintenance. • Support data imports, data cleansing, and system migrations. • Manage backup procedures and ensure compliance with organizational policies. • Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. • Ensure accurate and timely reporting for financial, operational, and performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite’s functional areas (Accounting, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) plus strong technical proficiency.
- Hand’s-on experience with CSV Imports, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and saved search creation.
- Knowledge of SuiteScript is a plus.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
- Public company experience (preferred).

Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at Stenberg College are professionals in the field who are contracted to share their expertise in the creation, review, and revision of curriculum and instructional materials. Working in collaboration with the Manager of Learning Innovation, you will create engaging, innovative content that meets industry standards. No experience teaching or designing curriculum required! You will be working directly with curriculum specialists as well as other subject matter experts to develop materials. All contracts are deliverables-based, and most can be completed entirely remotely according to your own schedule. A wide range of projects are available, covering various topics and formats.
