In 2026, European companies have €1.4 trillion tied up in excess working capital. Up to 5% of earnings are lost to revenue leakage. We're fixing that. Transformance is the AI-native Revenue Recovery platform for enterprises. We replace decades-old Order-to-Cash workflows - cash application, claims settlement, reconciliation - with intelligent automation that actually works. Our platform ingests data from ERPs, banks, portals, and inboxes, reasons over it with AI agents, and executes - with humans in the loop where it matters. We're already live with enterprise customers from Fortune 500 multinationals to mid-market manufacturers, and we're profitable. Founded in Hamburg by a former BCG consultant who scaled an AI startup to 80+ employees and a former PwC finance transformation expert with 10+ years in enterprise systems.

Job Description
Growth and Business Development Intern / Working Student
Transformance
Transformance builds the execution layer that enterprise finance teams actually use. AI-native, modular, designed to replace the spreadsheets and manual work sitting between an ERP and getting paid. We're a small team moving fast. Our GTM motion is research-driven, system-heavy, and hands-on. We're not looking for someone to manage a posting calendar. We're looking for someone who wants to understand how modern B2B revenue works and help build the infrastructure behind it. Tasks You'll work across the full B2B Marketing and Sales stack, inbound, outbound, and everything in between. - Use cutting edge AI tools to get the best, most scalable outcomes across the funnel - Research and qualify enterprise accounts and contacts using structured frameworks and multiple data sources - Support outbound sequences: writing messages, refining targeting logic, monitoring performance - Help run our content and SEO engine: blog pipeline, keyword strategy, organic traffic - Work on website conversion: landing pages, copy, CTAs, and understanding what's driving intent - Contribute to our marketing automation and lead intelligence setup (no prior experience needed, curiosity is) - Help with enterprise sales prep: account research, competitive intel, materials for live conversations This is not a role where you spend your time making slides look pretty. You'll be in the weeds of a real revenue motion from day one. Requirements - Intellectually curious and good at figuring things out, tools, systems, buyer psychology, whatever it takes - Can write clearly in English (German is a bonus, Dutch or anything else too) - Thinks in cause and effect: why did this work, why didn't that, what changes if we do X - Comfortable taking a rough brief and running with it - Some exposure to B2B, SaaS, sales, marketing, or finance helps, but how you think matters more than what's on your CV Hamburg is ideal. We'll make exceptions for the right person. Benefits - Direct access to experienced founders >10 years industry experience, scaled startup from 4 to >100 people - no management layers in the way - A real look at how an AI-native B2B startup builds its revenue engine from scratch - Hands-on exposure to modern GTM tooling, enterprise sales cycles, and growth infrastructure - Flexible hours, remote-friendly (Hamburg-based team) - Competitive internship pay If this sounds like something you'd actually learn from, apply. Send a short note on why you want this role specifically, and point us to something you've built, written, or shipped that you're proud of. We read everything.
