As an Analyst within Evidence Solutions you will serve as the knowledge / content expert on assigned projects responsible for actively participating in the development and delivery of all client outputs. Analysts are active participants in creating and delivering solutions for our clients and project teams. They leverage their analytical skills to derive insights and solve problems. In particular, Analysts are often engaged in developing customer insight, applying problem-solving frameworks to client issues, and supporting clients in various initiatives. Essential functions of the job include: - Independently procures information through secondary research - Consistently produces work product with data that is accurate and correctly cited - Participates in and when fully capable, independently conducts primary interviews and/or covers conferences to ensure all relevant and useful information is gathered - Develops well-thought out and complete interview guides to support primary research - Proficient in modeling - Prepares “client ready” product (e.g. PowerPoint materials) with clear analytical structure and insight - Uses available data to structure a logical and defensible conclusion - Regularly complies with protocol for client presentations and performs self-checks for accuracy and thoroughness - Exhibits understanding of the purpose and context of individual work product within overall client deliverable Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree required, preferably in life sciences - Knowledge or understanding of bio-pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or life-science tools industry preferred - Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research on clinical, scientific, and business issues - Must possess strong attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) - Strong problem solving and structuring skills Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits. Position Summary This is a high-intensity, execution focused role embedded in live engagements. You will work alongside senior professionals and directly with client CFOs, treasurers, and operations teams to build the financial infrastructure needed to navigate distressed situations. Engagements span out-of-court workouts, Chapter 11 proceedings, covenant defaults, operational restructurings, and lender advisory assignments. No two situations are the same speed, accuracy, and sound judgment under pressure are the core requirements.
