Project Manager

Guidehouse

• Provide project management support as a direct report to the PMO Director. • Manage a major program product by reviewing and approving cost estimates and proposals, maintaining end-to-end financial tracking, and ensuring partner services are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to program objectives. • Develop and maintain project documentation (e.g., proposals, cost estimates, funding agreements) and ensure approval workflows are followed. • Partner with internal and external teams (e.g., Federal team, Development, Operations, Partner Services, Strategy, Contracts) to drive execution. • Uphold and continuously improve project management practices, standards, and processes. • Provide clear, timely program status reporting to executive leadership, Federal clients, and stakeholders. • Identify and manage risks and issues, leading proactive mitigation and escalation as needed. • Support revenue tracking, reporting, and forecasting to maximize program performance. • Support other PMO-related activities as assigned by the PMO Director. • Champion a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive PMO team culture.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
  • Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline, or Additional FOUR(4) years experience in Lieu of Degree.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
  • Minimum of THREE (3) years of project management experience, including 2 years managing projects or product lines in an IT environment (Federal Government sector preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint required; advanced Excel strongly preferred).
  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
