Overview The SVP of Field Operations is a key executive leader responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and operational excellence for assigned regions within ATIs national footprint. This role drives strategic execution across the field, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality patient care, strong financial performance, and alignment with organizational goals. The SVP partners cross-functionally with clinical leadership, finance, HR, and business development to scale operations, optimize workflows, and enhance the patient and provider experience. Responsibilities • Support the Chief Operations Officer and executive leadership team in achieving strategic goals with overall accountability and responsibility for the day-to-day management and operations of our core clinics• Collaborate with shared services leaders to deliver clinical innovations and excellence to our delivery of patient care• Oversee all aspects of Field operations for assigned regions to ensure all team members are working towards clinical deliverables and timelines with ultimate accountability for the team’s performance in achieving performance goals• Accountable for partnering closely with Sales to drive in market referrals and conversions• Work closely with the HR and TA teams to ensure retention and attraction strategies are aligned and positioned for success• Own all metrics associated with the balanced scorecard and deliver exceptional results• Inspire teams and develop our leaders within the field and clinics• Innovate to improve patient journey and outcomes• Creates a cohesive, high functioning team that values collaboration, inclusion, transparency, and excellent communications• Lead divestitures and denovo expansion within regions• Continually monitor, evaluate and optimize clinic financial performance Financial Performance & Growth• Own field-level P&L performance, including revenue growth, cost management, and margin improvement• Analyze KPIs (visits per day, cancellation rates, etc.) and implement data-driven improvements• Partner with sales strategic growth teams to support de novo clinic launches, acquisitions, and integration efforts• Identify and execute strategies to increase market share and clinic utilization Clinical & Patient Experience Excellence• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements• Promote a patient-first culture focused on outcomes, satisfaction, and retention• Monitor and improve patient experience metrics• Willingness to travel to corporate and within markets as needed Qualifications Minimum EducationRequired:• Preferred:• Minimum ExperienceRequired:• 15-20 years of progressive field operations experience Preferred:• None Knowledge Skills and Abilities• Proven capability to be results-oriented and lead field operations at scale• Proven experience recruiting, developing and leading high-performing teams• Track record of successful fiscal and operating leadership; demonstrated financial expertise• Proven ability to identify and define business problems and issues and develop strategic and financial frameworks• Powerful communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to influence and impact results at all levels internally and externally Licenses and CertificationsRequired:• Licensed PT or ATC Preferred:• None Virtual Employee? Objective of Role: LaSalle Investment Management is seeking a Vice President, Application Support & Operations, to oversee the administration and operational support of core business applications used across real estate investment operations. This role provides leadership for application administration activities to ensure system stability, performance, security, and continuity for business‑critical platforms.
