THE ROLE As our Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning all content the TiPJAR brand releases, shaping how we speak to the world, and ensuring an ‘always on’ programme of comms to our various communities. You’ll craft compelling content for CRM, social, website and beyond, champion our brand narrative, and ensure our voice is consistent, clear, and bold across every channel. You will also be given the chance to own and lead a dynamic, varied range of content, utilising multiple forms including animation, film, long-form written and short-form video & written content. You’ll listen to community trends and feedback, and use these insights to inspire and inform our marketing strategy. This is a hands-on, dynamic role perfect for someone with 3–5 years of experience looking to make a visible impact in a fast-growing tech business. What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day: - Lead on all brand content and communications, ensuring clarity, quality, and impact. - Own social channels, determining content strategy, developing content plans, and delivering the output - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership to deliver projects that move the business forward. - Own the content calendar and communication frameworks, improving them as we scale. - Create and manage content across digital channels, including website, social, email, blog, PR and customer comms. - Craft compelling stories, from product updates to case studies to webinars to thought leadership. - Support internal communications, helping teams stay aligned and informed. - Report on and analyse results, and inform strategy. - Engage and manage third party suppliers and nurture these relationships to maximise results. - Be curious, proactive, and bring fresh thinking to every problem. - Support and represent the business at events, meeting prospective customers and partners, and capturing content. - Communicate openly and proactively with colleagues, partners, and customers, and contribute to a culture where we take on challenges head-on, and celebrate progress together. What You Bring - 3–5 years’ experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a related field. - Competent in working with stakeholders across the business, including senior leaders. - Keen eye for detail and strong, creative writing skills - Experience managing content schedules, campaigns, or digital channels. - Excited to work in a fast-moving, scaling environment. Job Purpose As the Sponsorship Production and Operations Manager, you will lead the global end-to-end production and delivery of over 15 million printed and digital sponsor engagement features annually for World Vision’s international partnership.
