We are looking for a Purchasing Collaboration and Oversight Manager who believes that compliance is a team sport. Instead of just auditing from afar, you will work side-by-side with our Procurement and Supply Chain teams to build and maintain a "culture of readiness." Role Description East Side Games is looking for an experienced and passionate QA Manager who will uplevel the QA department to new heights and establish new standards and best practices. - Lead, mentor, and grow the entire QA department, including QA Analysts, QA Specialists, and QA Engineers, with a focus on technical development. - Direct the adoption of automation strategies, ensuring tool implementation and development to improve test coverage and efficiency. - Develop and refine workflows, benchmarks, and frameworks to ensure both internal QA teams and external QA vendors/production are set up for success. - Empower internal/external teams to be held accountable for upholding quality across all projects, acting as the primary driver for process and tool improvements. - Oversee headcount and capacity planning to accurately forecast testing timelines and manage resources, including handling requests for additional staffing (permanent and temporary). - Conduct requirements gathering, risk identification, and provide detailed reporting on associated risks, bug trends, and overall quality metrics. - Drive all test development activities: estimation, planning, execution, reporting, and closure. *** Duties & responsibilities outlined above are representative, but not all inclusive.
