Contexte Notre levée de fonds en série A de 30 millions d’euros réalisée en 2022 nous a permis d’accueillir de nouveaux collaborateurs pour poursuivre notre croissance. Pour répondre au mieux aux enjeux de nos clients, nous recrutons un(e) (nom de poste) Votre rôle Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Knowledge Management et en coordination avec les équipes Produit, Data et Engineering, vous pilotez le cycle de vie de notre ontologie des compétences et contribuez à construire des workflows humain–IA où les agents proposent des évolutions qui seront ensuite examinées et validées. Notre ontologie compte aujourd'hui environ 8 000 compétences traduites en neuf langues. Ce poste a vocation à industrialiser et automatiser les processus de maintenance et d'évolution de ce référentiel. Vos Responsabilités En tant qu'Architecte de l'Information, vous serez responsable de : - Piloter le cycle de vie de notre ontologie des compétences : modélisation, curation, enrichissement, versioning et gouvernance - Traduire les besoins métier en taxonomies claires, relations et standards de métadonnées - Concevoir des workflows humain–agent pour la curation de l'ontologie (l'IA propose, les humains valident) - Mener des recherches pour identifier les compétences émergentes et les aligner sur les référentiels sectoriels - Assurer une veille active sur les nouvelles compétences et certifications (newsletters, tendances sectorielles, demandes clients) et évaluer leur pertinence avant intégration - Collaborer avec les experts métier, les équipes Produit, Data et Engineering pour intégrer l'ontologie dans les produits et pipelines - Interagir ponctuellement avec les clients, en coordination avec les Customer Success Managers, pour clarifier les besoins de structuration ou de mapping - Définir des standards qualité, des jeux de données d'évaluation et des processus de QA (précision/rappel, couverture) - Documenter les guidelines, conventions de nommage et processus de gestion du changement - Piloter des projets de mapping (ex. : professions vers compétences) et résoudre les correspondances partielles ou manquantes - Gérer les synonymes et la terminologie client : arbitrer entre création d'une nouvelle compétence et ajout d'un synonyme à une compétence existante, en maintenant la cohérence du référentiel - Définir et maintenir la frontière entre compétences génériques et compétences spécifiques clients - Superviser les performances de la curation assistée par IA ; affiner les prompts, garde-fous et critères d'acceptation - Prendre en charge la feuille de route du référentiel et contribuer activement à la vision produit de l'ontologie, au-delà de la maintenance opérationnelle Votre profil - 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en architecture de l'information, taxonomie/ontologie, gestion des connaissances ou domaine proche - Expérience avérée dans la gestion de larges catalogues de données ou de documentation (plusieurs milliers d'entrées) — rédacteur(rice) technique senior, architecte de l'information, gestionnaire de référentiel ou profil documentaliste expérimenté(e) - Solides compétences en recherche : revue de littérature, évaluation des sources, synthèse et rédaction claire - Aisance avec les IA/LLMs et les processus “human in the loop” ; capacité à évaluer et améliorer le travail des agents - Esprit orienté automatisation et industrialisation des processus : savoir identifier ce qui peut être délégué à l'IA et ce qui nécessite une validation humaine - Excellentes compétences en communication et en facilitation des parties prenantes - Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel (lu, écrit, parlé) — langue de référence de l'ontologie et de communication avec les clients internationaux - Sensibilité UX pour l’accessibilité, le labeling et la gouvernance de contenus Ce poste n'est pas : - Un rôle de gestion de projet ou de coordination sans engagement opérationnel fort - Un rôle de rédaction de contenu ou de production éditoriale - Un rôle de linguiste ou de traducteur - Un rôle d'architecture de données au sens technique (flux de données, modélisation BDD) Pourquoi nous rejoindre ? About the role: The Information Security, Risk & Compliance Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing the information security and cybersecurity compliance roadmap, focusing on maintaining key certifications such as ISO 27001, ENS, among others, and driving the company’s commitment to achieving the highest security standards.
