About the Role This 100% remote Accounting Assistant role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented bilingual professionals supporting clients from Latin America. Key Responsibilities - Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions and prepare balance sheets. - Track and reconcile bank statements. - Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs) and process tax payments. - Support monthly payroll and keep organized records. - Record accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed. - Other similar or related tasks.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 1 – 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping assistance.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
