Summary The Manager, Network Operations is responsible for the ongoing operational stability, performance, and availability of the network. This role oversees daily network operations, ensures adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and manages the performance of third-party managed service providers responsible for network monitoring, maintenance, and support.
