ABOUT YOU: We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven, Area Sales Managers to join our growing commercial team and help expand the reach of our Glacial® Skin platforms. In this role, you’ll drive successful adoption, build strong relationships with providers, and play a key part in growing our brand presence in your territory. You’ll report to the Director of Sales and work closely with our Practice Success Managers to ensure seamless customer experience from first contact to installation and beyond. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, hustle, and seeing results. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Drive new capital equipment sales to meet or exceed quarterly/annual quotas - In person device installation post sale and delivery - Execute sales strategy and bring new providers into the R2 ecosystem - Present compelling product demos and value propositions to differentiate R2 - Cultivate strong relationships across customer organizations — from practitioners to decision-makers - Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce - Identify and nurture relationships with KOLs in your region - Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams - Represent R2 at trade shows, industry events, and educational seminars - Submit timely forecasts, activity reports, and expense documentation WHAT YOU'LL BRING: - 5+ years of capital sales experience (aesthetics or MedTech preferred) - A track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term relationships - Proven success managing multi-state territories and strategic mapping - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and follow-through - Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to travel up to 90% - Based in Chicago, IL (preferred) WHAT YOU'LL GET: - Higher than average base salary and OTE - Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance - $0 deductible PPO is our base plan! - 401(k) with company match - And more to explore!

Role Description The Business and Sales Coordinator is a versatile operational linchpin responsible for the seamless execution of FYI’s administrative, sales, and grant-funded activities. This role balances high-level financial tracking with hands-on sales and customer service support. - Maximizes organizational impact by providing comprehensive administrative and logistical oversight across three core areas: business operations, sales coordination, and grant support. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree - 2-3+ years of administrative experience - Team player mindset, eager to serve and fosters collaboration - Proven ability to provide superb customer service - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong computer skills, with competence in: Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Adobe, Keynote, Hubspot or other CRM, Asana or other Project Management software, Slack, Zoom and high Internet and social media proficiency - Experience in customer relationship management; experience with HubSpot CRM software preferred - Works well under pressure and can manage pressing requests and situations - Works well in a multicultural environment with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion - Able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously - High attention to deadlines, accuracy, and details - Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team - Able to work with a diverse remote team and interact with team members via digital task management systems and virtual meeting environments - A self-starter who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Requirements - Work under the direction of the Senior Director of FYI to manage all day-to-day business administration for FYI - Complete monthly trial balance reclassifications and submit recurring check requests - Manage FYI’s Shopify store and account, track store inventory, and manage relationships with 3rd party fulfillment centers - Track and report monthly sales figures for meetings - Audit and analyze FYI’s finances regularly - Serve on FYI’s fund development team - Manage all sales processes, contracts, and invoices under the direction of the Senior Director of Partnership, Training, and DEI - Maintain a clean CRM database and follow-up systems - Optimize consulting contract workflow and manage payments to consultants - Provide administrative and event support for assigned grant projects - Manage details related to assigned grant-funded online gatherings and in-person events - Process all check requests and reimbursements related to assigned grant-funded projects - Participate in general team meetings, events, and other duties as requested Benefits - This is a grant/gift-funded position that may be time-limited and/or contingent upon sufficient funding - Must be willing to abide by Fuller Community Standards - This position is available for remote work within the United States, subject to payroll state approval by Fuller Theological Seminary - Hourly rate the seminary expects to pay: $22 - $23 per hour USD
