We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and run day-to-day operations end-to-end. This is a high-ownership, operator role, ideal for someone who has worked closely with founders or leadership teams and can independently manage and scale store operations. You will be responsible for the full order-to-delivery pipeline, customer operations, and team coordination. Responsibilities: - Manage daily Shopify store operations end-to-end - Oversee the full order lifecycle: order intake → production → fulfillment → delivery - Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and fulfillment partners - Manage customer operations, including issue resolution and communication - Lead and manage a small remote/offshore team - Implement and optimize operational processes and workflows - Ensure order accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction - Support project management initiatives across operations and fulfillment - Collaborate with leadership to scale operations and improve efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on Shopify operations experience (a must)
  • Experience in B2B e-commerce environments (bulk/custom orders)
  • Proven ability to manage fulfillment coordination and logistics
  • Experience managing customer operations and post-purchase workflows
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience working in a $3M+ revenue e-commerce brand
  • Ability to operate as a generalist across operations
  • Experience managing remote or offshore teams
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
  • Print-on-demand or custom product experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as: Klaviyo, Close CRM or similar e-commerce/CRM platforms
  • Experience scaling operations in growing brands
