• Partner closely with prospective customers, subject matter experts, and pre-sales team members to turn ambiguous business problems into compelling, production‑inspired prototypes. • Rapidly design and build enterprise-grade MVP (Minimum Viable Product) agentic AI applications, often within days—that clearly demonstrate how AI agents can transform real business processes. • Showcase technical depth, strong UX/UI taste, and modern AI architecture, while remaining pragmatic and fast to deliver.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, hands-on technical consulting, or technical product roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience building agentic AI applications using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration patterns.
- Solid backend engineering skills (e.g., Python, Agent Skills, MCP, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Code, Cursor).
- Experience designing and running Agent Skills, MCP servers, tool APIs, and external system integrations.
- Familiarity with agent tracing, observability, logging, and evaluation techniques for AI applications.
- Proficiency with React and modern frontend tooling.
- Experience using shadcn/ui or similar design systems to create clean, enterprise-ready UIs.
- Strong UX instincts—able to simplify complex workflows and present AI behavior transparently and confidently.
- Ability to travel up to 25% in average to customer meetings, workshops, industry conferences, and events.

Role Description The Lead CAD Drafter will support our engineering team by drafting, coordinating surveys, managing permit requirements, and collaborating with GRC leadership to achieve project success. - Create basemaps, designs, as-builts, Google Earth/KMZ files, GIS data, and AutoCAD drawings. - Assist the Design and Draft Manager in the creation of all CAD templates and standards. - Review and complete aerial and UG permit drawings; assist in performing QC checks for internal drafts and external drafting subs. - Abide by all national UG and NESC engineering standards while drafting. - Evaluate engineering scope and logistics; assist in gathering variables to determine the best route and cost. - Work directly with the Project Manager to oversee project success and ensure all drafting timelines are clearly communicated. - Assist the VP of Engineering with dates for all engineering-associated design solution milestones.
