Role Description The System Engineering & Integration Team (SE&IT) is seeking a Responsible Systems Engineer (RSE) to join the System Design and Requirements Capability team in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will: - Lead cross-functional teams to develop system level architecture and requirements to influence Missile Defense Agency (MDA) incremental capability. - Use Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to evaluate architectural impacts through functional and behavior analysis for the defeat of conventional and advanced threats (i.e., ballistic, aero-maneuvering, hypersonic, hyper-glide, countermeasures, etc.) systems within the MDA mission areas. Qualifications - Degree in an engineering classification, mathematics, or physics: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD. - Minimum of 10-20 years of increasingly responsible Systems Engineering experience.
