• Work closely with leadership and with your peers to identify and respond to opportunities in government and public sector tenders. • Develop comprehensive proposal responses tailored to the specific requirements of government and public sector clients. • Manage the end-to-end proposal process for public sector submissions, ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. • Build and maintain a library of reusable content for future government and public sector proposal submissions. • Create and refine presentations and supporting materials for government tender submissions. • Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of the proposal writing process. • Conduct thorough research on government standards, industry regulations, and public sector trends to inform proposal strategy. • Interview technical subject matter experts to gather detailed information for proposal content and ensure accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in journalism, editing, or creative writing.
  • A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly present business rationales in proposals.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to multitask, balancing research projects, data analysis, and coordination with the executive team.
  • At least 2 years of experience writing bid proposals in the private or public sector.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a high volume of commercial tenders with varying deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of bid writing principles and the ability to translate complex information across a wide range of subject matters.
  • A track record of winning proposals within highly competitive markets.

Role Description The New England School of Acupuncture seeks an adjunct faculty member to deliver high quality learning experiences and evaluation for the acupuncture program. The selected candidate will bring subject matter expertise to the responsibilities of remote teaching of Professional Practice II in the summer 2026 semester. This course emphasizes reliable healthcare information sourcing, accurate coding practices, and clear communication. Through research, evaluation, and the use of digital tools, students will learn to access, synthesize, and ethically utilize healthcare information, while mastering coding standards (CPT, E&M, ICD-10/11) to support clinical practice and interprofessional collaboration. The course will meet remotely Tuesday 2:00pm-4:45pm and run May 19 – August 11. - Deliver didactic instruction through the online Learning Management System Blackboard® in an online classroom setting. - Provide an engaging active learning environment for students. - Provide students with periodic assessments of their progress toward meeting course learning outcomes, which demonstrate clinical applications of concepts covered. - Apply grading policies fairly and consistently. - Develop and adhere to the course syllabus per the NESA/MCPHS format, which includes course description, learning outcomes, attendance policy in line with that of MCPHS, and assessment criteria, including assignment deliverables and timelines. - Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Dean or Associate Dean. Qualifications - Master’s degree required, doctoral degree preferred. - Strong background in information literacy. - Commitment to graduate education and student success. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Experience teaching online strongly preferred. - Must be able to work independently and effectively interact with students and administration/staff.
