Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with a strong focus on Data, Analytics, and UI development to design and build scalable, self-service analytics platforms. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, front-end development, and analytics, transforming complex datasets into intuitive, secure, and high-performing dashboard experiences. You will play a key role in enabling internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to access actionable insights through modern, user-friendly analytics portals.

Job Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain self-service analytics portals for:
  • Campaign and advertiser performance tracking
  • Creator revenue and content analytics
  • Internal business intelligence reporting
  • Build and implement secure authentication and role-based access controls for multiple user types
  • Integrate and manage data pipelines from multiple sources, including:
  • Databricks and AWS S3
  • Salesforce (campaign and advertiser data)
  • BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
  • Internal APIs and databases
  • Develop responsive, high-quality UI dashboards using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
  • Contribute to system architecture, tool selection, and scalability decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data, product, and business teams
  • Remain hands-on in development while mentoring junior developers and contributing to team growth
  • Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience in software development, with a focus on data-driven applications
  • Proficiency in front-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
  • Experience integrating with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Business Objects, or similar)
  • Familiarity with data APIs and lightweight ETL processes
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, including one or more of:
  • Salesforce APIs
  • Experience Cloud / Partner Portal
  • Visualforce
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, user-friendly analytics experiences
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building customer-facing analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization systems
  • Background in AdTech, performance marketing, or creator platforms
