• Provide programmatic leadership to successfully plan, develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of restoration and forest resilience projects. • Facilitate collaborative efforts and manage complex funding mechanisms. • Supervise program staff and collaboratively work with NFF’s technical advisory teams and the U.S. Forest Service. • Support and supervise up to four staff by helping develop their scopes of work, provide networking and fundraising support, and professional development guidance. • Lead collaborative development of field team strategies and work plans. • Work directly with contractors, consultants, nonprofit organizations, agency partners, and/or private landowners to coordinate the on-the-ground implementation of stewardship projects. • Oversee the advertising, negotiation, and awarding of contracts for services related to project implementation. • Manage program and project budgets and reporting associated with agreements and contracts with federal, state, local governments, and contractor services. • Provide collaborative conservation expertise and facilitation support for priority regional initiatives. • Draft and revise meeting agendas and facilitation-related meeting materials. • Expand existing partnerships with local National Forest Service partners.

• Develop and implement courses for departmental program. • Develop strategies, evaluate progress, and implement policies that aid in student retention. • Monitor curricula to ensure compliance with South College standards and other accrediting bodies. • Monitor curricula to ensure uniform delivery and consistency within courses. • Assume responsibility for the logistics of course delivery including master course shells, syllabi, and textbooks. • Assign courses to full-time and adjunct faculty in accordance with South College’s “Faculty Workloads Governing Principles for Faculty”. • Manage recruitment, selection, training, evaluation, retention, and success of full-time and adjunct faculty. • Administer South College’s program for professional growth and development, in-service training, and faculty meetings for program faculty. • Monitor all online courses to ensure timely student email responses from faculty, faculty grading turnaround (72 hours), and other items necessary for successful online course administration. • Develop faculty who can deliver instruction through online learning to meet the strategic goals of South College. • Participate in program evaluations and audits and implement recommendations as requested. • Assist in program budgetary needs.

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee Culture Activation programs • Support Culture Transformation initiatives through gathering requirements and managing resources • Maintain detailed business process documentation • Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders • Manage projects through the full project life cycle

• Develop, execute, and track remediation plans to address potential compliance gaps identified through due diligence, audits, or regulatory findings • Support remediation of legacy systems to meet compliance expectations • Partner with functions to lead remediation of Design History Files (DHFs), Technical Documentation, Risk Management Files, and labeling as required • Identifies critical path decisions, makes recommendations, and influences / gets buy-in from segment leadership and business process owners to maximize QMS integration, compliance and effectiveness • Provide clear communication of remediation status, risks, and timelines to leadership • Owns all project risk; including time and scope, and the associated plans to contain and/or mitigate risk • Coordinates Operational Reviews working across the organization to ensure targeted outcomes are achieved • Supports external and internal audit activity as needed
