Regulatory Measures Program Manager

Health Catalyst

• Oversee the entire MIPS process from communication to audit to submission • Coordinate with the regulatory quality assurance team to ensure compliance with all regulations • Educate MIPS customers on MIPS process and requirements • Conduct regular client meetings based on client needs and size • Regularly meet with the product team to relay customer feedback • Participate in the implementation to assure a seamless transition • Manage client engagement in MIPS annual audit process • Resolve support requests for clients according to product/contract SLAs

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience with client management and relationship building
  • Skilled project manager with the ability to oversee and manage multiple small projects
  • Proficient in coordinating with various teams and stakeholders
  • Experienced in working with healthcare systems and quality departments
  • Expertise in: MIPS/APM/MVP (required)
  • HEDIS (preferred)
  • Inpatient Measures programs (preferred)
  • eCQMs (preferred)
