Finance Director

Tiger Analytics Inc.

Tiger Analytics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Director to lead our finance department and contribute to the financial health and growth of the company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure effective financial management practices are implemented across the organization. Your expertise will drive financial decision making that supports our analytics business goals and enhances operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to make a significant impact at a thriving analytics firm. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the finance team in preparing accurate financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations. - Collaborate cross-functionally with senior management to align financial objectives with business strategies. - Monitor financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive growth. - Establish and enforce robust financial controls and procedures. - Support fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence at senior organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment is preferred.
