Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking a dedicated Croatian Travel Agent to work with Booking.com clients from Greece. This role offers paid relocation to Greece, providing the opportunity to live and work in a vibrant environment while delivering top-tier travel assistance. You will be responsible for supporting Croatian-speaking clients in their booking needs and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Serve as a customer service expert for Croatian-speaking clients using Booking.com services via phone, email, and chat. - Assist clients with booking accommodations, travel plans, and related services while offering tailored travel advice. - Efficiently resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints to maintain high satisfaction. - Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions in CRM systems. - Keep updated with Booking.com’s offerings, travel trends, and destination information to provide informed support. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience in travel agency roles or customer support, particularly with Booking.com or similar platforms, is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Greece and adapt to new cultural environments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Positive attitude and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
