Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold outreach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience selling SaaS, digital services, or tech solutions is a plus

Regional Business Lead manages Norit Activated Carbon business in India. He/she works with global, regional, and local teams to develop Norit business goals for India as well as market plans to attain those goals. The Regional Business Lead manages and leads 1 direct report. In this role, it is important to appropriately balance the need to deliver in the short term with the overarching goal of establishing a broader platform for sustainable future growth in India.
