Personal Assistant – CEO

Social Discovery Group

• Manage the CEO's calendars, including scheduling, prioritisation, and conflict resolution • Prepare and coordinate meetings and follow-ups • Handle incoming communications, highlight priorities, and track responses • Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and service providers • Manage documents, deadlines, and administrative processes • Handle personal administrative tasks and payments • Organise travel and logistics when needed • Support personal matters such as appointments, orders, and events • Take ownership of routine tasks and resolve them independently

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • 2+ years as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Experience supporting senior management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently
  • close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Willingness to cover both business and personal tasks
  • Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented
  • Able to work in a time zone close to Dubai or Cyprus

Job highlights The visit, which lasts about 45 minutes, allows for time to connect one-on-one and answer health questions.
