Sales Leaders Group
• Build genuine connections with the audience. • Work in a dynamic routine with frequent contact via WhatsApp and phone calls, always demonstrating empathy and warmth. • Handle leads from initial contact through the commercial process, ensuring a consultative and strategic experience. • Present products/services and close sales through WhatsApp and phone interactions. • Identify leads' needs and conduct consultative negotiations to convert them into enrollments. • Perform upselling and cross-selling to students and leads in the database, increasing adoption of the company's educational solutions. • Guide leads through the entire decision-making journey, maintaining active relationships and strategic follow-ups. • Ensure customers are aware of and have access to the full portfolio of courses and educational programs. • Organize and manage the sales funnel in the CRM, keeping interaction and opportunity records up to date. • Support and participate in commercial campaigns, product launches, and strategic sales initiatives. • Work with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, pursuing continuous improvement in results. • Take part in management rituals and commercial alignments, sharing updates on the progress of negotiations. • Participate in internal training and skill-building, contributing to professional development and refinement of sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in digital sales and online infoproducts.
- Availability to attend in-person events in the São Paulo region (approximately 4 times a year).
- Knowledge of consultative selling techniques (SPIN Selling, NLP, etc.).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Empathetic, resilient, and welcoming profile.
- Organized, with data management skills and CRM experience.
- Nice to have: Degree in Pedagogy, Neuro-pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields.
- Experience in sales within the health or education sectors is a plus.
