Administrative Finance Analyst – Mid-level

• Support daily financial operations; • Verify and enter information into financial systems; • Ensure the organization and updating of controls and processes; • Assist with monthly financial close and reconciliations; • Provide general administrative support across the company (process management, support for managers, internal and operational requests); • Support the finance manager with day-to-day tasks.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative/financial roles;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.);
- Experience with financial systems (ERP experience is a plus);
- Understanding of cash flow, reconciliations, and financial routines;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Proactive problem-solving skills;
- Ability to handle volume and prioritize tasks;
- Good communication skills (especially for coordinating with other areas).
