About the Role Your Core Focus You’ll own the full finance function, building scalable systems, managing cash flow, driving profitability, and leading financial strategy to support Hadley Designs’ next era of growth. Job Requirements
- You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in leadership
- Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Experience implementing scalable systems and automation in growing organizations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and tax standards
- Proficiency with tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; you turn complexity into clarity
- Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel retail (preferred)
- Collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence executive-level decisions
