Content Marketing Manager

Panorama Education

• Own the content experience for Panorama's events across industry conferences, virtual events/webinars, and customer meet-ups—from presentation development and speaker sourcing to run-of-show execution. Ensure that event content aligns with business goals, campaigns, and thought leadership strategy. • Craft and manage conference speaking proposals, including session titles, abstracts, learning objectives, and supporting materials. • Identify, build, and maintain a strong pipeline of internal speakers and customer speakers; prepare speakers with talk tracks, messaging guidance, and presentation coaching. • Build systems to extend event content beyond the event itself—turning sessions into blog posts, newsletter features, video and social clips, and sales enablement that create durable value. • Lead editorial content strategy and production for designated solution areas across the blog, ebooks, research reports, lead gen magnets, and case studies. • Partner closely with executives, senior subject matter experts, and customers to develop and shape ideas. Translate their expertise into polished, engaging content for events, webinars, the blog, LinkedIn, and more. • Own the content calendar for your areas, keeping work on track and stakeholders aligned across teams. Contribute to • Establish scalable event content presentation templates, review processes, and SLAs that drive efficiency, consistency, and quality. Build content reporting that tracks performance and surfaces insights to improve strategy.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 Years Experience: You have a background in B2B content marketing, with dedicated experience in both event programming and editorial strategy.
  • Deep Familiarity with K-12 Education: Experience working in education at the school, district, or state level is strongly preferred. This context is essential to developing content that resonates with the leaders we serve.
  • Exceptional Writer and Editor: You're a writer and storyteller at the core, with a diverse portfolio of content work across webinars, conference sessions, executive keynotes, blogs, ebooks, case studies, and more. Please share presentation and writing samples in your application.
  • Visual Storytelling Instincts: Strong visual storytelling instincts, with experience shaping slide design and partnering with designers and videographers to create clean, impactful presentations and other content assets.
  • SEO and GEO Fluency: You understand how traditional and AI-driven search shapes content strategy. You write with discoverability in mind and know how to optimize content without letting it get in the way of good writing.
  • Strategic Thinker, Executional Doer: You can develop an integrated content strategy and then make it real—briefing, writing, editing, and shipping across formats. You connect content decisions to brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Strong Presence: You're comfortable working directly with senior leaders, with excellent verbal communication skills and sound professional judgment.
