• Develop and execute global category sourcing strategies for optical components and sub-systems • Lead supplier performance management across cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness • Own commercial negotiations and contracting strategies, including pricing and capacity commitments • Partner with Research and Development and Product Management to ensure supplier qualification • Deliver annual cost reduction targets through cost modeling and benchmarking • Identify and mitigate supply chain risk related to sourcing and capacity constraints • Lead cross-functional shortage and allocation response when demand exceeds supply
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, procurement, or supply chain roles
- Strong working knowledge of optical technologies, including active and passive optical components and optical communication systems
- Demonstrated people leadership experience leading individual contributors
- Proven success developing and executing global sourcing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations and manage commercial agreements
- Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration to support NPIs and technology transitions
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proficiency with procurement systems and business intelligence tools
- Willingness to travel up to 20 percent domestically and internationally

Base salary up to $135,000 with commissions 100% Remote Work This role will act as the day-to-day account lead for 3-6 clients, and sits at the intersection of outstanding leadership, communication, service, and campaign performance. You will be responsible for all aspects of strategy and execution of paid digital media campaigns, including forecasting, identifying growth opportunities, performing data analysis, and leading our exceptional team to exceed client KPIs and grow businesses. These responsibilities include initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. You will also be the one responsible for guiding conversations and brainstorms, providing insights, and creating compelling and engaging reports with our client services team. You will be the client’s main point of contact, requiring you to have exceptional communication skills, and being able to set expectations and manage your team. This role partners closely with media buying, creative production, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into scalable, testable creative strategies across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, YouTube, Bing, Outbrain, Taboola, and more. You will be responsible for shaping creative strategy, guiding execution, and ensuring creative excellence that drives measurable performance outcomes—while establishing and maintaining the company’s reputation as a creative leader. Client Ownership & Creative Leadership - Own the creative relationship with assigned clients, serving as the primary creative partner from strategy through execution. - Translate client business objectives into clear, performance-driven creative strategies aligned with media goals. - Present creative concepts, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal leadership. Creative Strategy, Ideation & Innovation - Lead ideation rooted in audience insights, platform trends, brand understanding, and performance data. - Develop scalable creative angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks for rapid testing and iteration. - Stay ahead of emerging creative, design, and storytelling trends across social and performance media. - Proactively recommend new creative approaches to improve performance and drive business outcomes, while still maintaining brand guidelines. Creative Execution, AI & Production Direction - Oversee creative development across paid media channels including social, display, video, native, shopping, and search. - Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, asset creation, and first-pass concepts while maintaining brand safety and quality. - Provide clear direction through briefs, scripts, shot lists, and storyboards to guide production teams. - Guide rapid iteration and optimization (cutdowns, re-edits, new hooks, statics, alternate formats) to support testing goals. Performance & Team Collaboration - Partner with media buying teams to align creative strategy with media plans, testing frameworks, and performance insights. - Measure and evaluate creative performance, connecting creative decisions to measurable outcomes. - Lead and mentor creative team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; design experience is a plus, particularly in evaluating and elevating visual creatives.
100% Remote Position Base Salary: $115-125k Base Total Compensation Potential: $135,000 with yearly bonus. About the Role: Responsible for all aspects of strategizing and executing programmatic media campaigns in a variety of platforms for clients. You are the expert when it comes to programmatic within the agency, you are proficient with DSP platforms (Tradedesk, DV360, Amazon) and you use your expertise to drive growth. This includes initial planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. This role will lead as the day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) for programmatic for our clients, providing strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting as well as responding to ad-hoc requests. You will be the one responsible to target customers, create compelling and engaging ads with our creative team and to deliver outstanding communication, service and campaign performance for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the clients’ go-to expert in Programmatic while also overseeing Search and Social channel performance for client campaigns - Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Meta, and more - Build and present multi-channel media plans with clear budget allocations, KPIs, pacing, and testing roadmaps - Drive continuous optimization using a deep understanding of real-time bidding, audience segmentation, and platform algorithms - Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop test-and-learn strategies that improve performance across all channels - Provide high-touch communication with clients, including strategic recommendations, performance reporting, and actionable next steps - Stay ahead of trends in ad tech, platform capabilities, and data privacy regulations to inform and future-proof campaign strategy - Analyze performance across channels, synthesize insights, and deliver executive-level reporting and recommendations - Develop strategic roadmaps and test plans that ladder up to client business goals, with a strong focus on efficiency and scale - Train and mentor junior team members in performance marketing best practices and platform fundamentals
