100% Remote Position Base Salary: $115-125k Base Total Compensation Potential: $135,000 with yearly bonus. About the Role: Responsible for all aspects of strategizing and executing programmatic media campaigns in a variety of platforms for clients. You are the expert when it comes to programmatic within the agency, you are proficient with DSP platforms (Tradedesk, DV360, Amazon) and you use your expertise to drive growth.  This includes initial planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.  This role will lead as the day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) for programmatic for our clients, providing strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting as well as responding to ad-hoc requests. You will be the one responsible to target customers, create compelling and engaging ads with our creative team and to deliver outstanding communication, service and campaign performance for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the clients’ go-to expert in Programmatic while also overseeing Search and Social channel performance for client campaigns - Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Meta, and more - Build and present multi-channel media plans with clear budget allocations, KPIs, pacing, and testing roadmaps - Drive continuous optimization using a deep understanding of real-time bidding, audience segmentation, and platform algorithms - Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop test-and-learn strategies that improve performance across all channels - Provide high-touch communication with clients, including strategic recommendations, performance reporting, and actionable next steps - Stay ahead of trends in ad tech, platform capabilities, and data privacy regulations to inform and future-proof campaign strategy - Analyze performance across channels, synthesize insights, and deliver executive-level reporting and recommendations - Develop strategic roadmaps and test plans that ladder up to client business goals, with a strong focus on efficiency and scale - Train and mentor junior team members in performance marketing best practices and platform fundamentals

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media with deep, hands-on expertise in Programmatic advertising (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP)
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, data-driven media campaigns across Search (Google/Bing) and Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Skilled in performance analytics, forecasting, pacing, A/B testing, and translating insights into action
  • Comfortable managing multi-million dollar budgets with accountability to strict performance KPI
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and incrementality testing
