Role Description The Travel Consultant, ERM is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming contacts requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.) and handling additional duties as assigned within a global, multi-regional setup. You will take ownership of team-level backlog management, ensuring that priorities are well-defined, dependencies are understood, and work is consistently ready for execution. Partnering closely with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Cybersecurity stakeholders, you will bring clarity to scope, reduce ambiguity, and enable predictable delivery across a multi-team program. You will also play a key role in release readiness, helping coordinate delivery across teams while ensuring quality, risk awareness, and alignment with broader platform objectives.
