YOUR EXPERIENCE: Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments - Proven ability to translate technical requirements into actionable backlog items and user stories - Strong experience writing clear acceptance criteria and ensuring delivery readiness - Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and sequencing across multiple teams - Experience supporting release planning and coordination in multi-team delivery environments - Experience working in cybersecurity, identity (IAM/CIAM), financial services, or other regulated industries - Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to drive clarity across stakeholders - Ability to identify risks early and proactively manage delivery challenges Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with CIAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, or similar solutions - Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML - Experience supporting digital platforms or customer-facing identity systems - Background working closely with engineering teams, supporting prioritization and backlog refinement - Experience contributing to or supporting large-scale platform or transformation initiatives WHAT WE OFFER: - The annual salary range for this role is $130,000-$160,000. - Work/life balance – we know there’s more to life than work!
