Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management
- At least 3 years focused on ML infrastructure
- Proven experience as a player/coach
- Deep technical fluency in ML concepts

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred

Innovation & Strategy - Identify high-value innovation opportunities using consumer insights, market data, and competitive analysis - Shape portfolio growth by expanding core business and addressing gaps in current assortments - Influence brand and investment decisions with clear, data-driven recommendations Product Development & Launch - Lead end-to-end product development from ideation through commercialization - Oversee formulation, regulatory alignment, COGS targets, and sales validation - Develop compelling product positioning, claims, and marketing narratives Commercial & Operational Excellence - Evaluate product proposals through market research and competitive intelligence - Contribute to pricing strategy and portfolio performance analysis - Establish and refine best practices to streamline development processes What You Bring - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
