Your Role As Engineering Manager for Agentic capabilities within Neo, you will be responsible for both technical leadership and people management, ensuring high quality delivery while fostering innovation and engineering excellence. In this role, you will: - Lead, coach, and grow the Agentic engineering team, ensuring delivery of high quality, reliable agent based features - Own and align the design, development, and evolution of Neo's agentic platform components - Define and standardize best practices for agentic development, experimentation, and MLOps - Collaborate closely with product, AI research, cloud, and change teams to translate strategic needs into implementable solutions - Drive innovation by identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies and approaches in agentic and autonomous systems - Ensure scalability, reliability, and operational readiness of agentic capabilities deployed across the platform - Act as a key contributor to the overall technical direction and roadmap of Neo - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and engineering excellence Your Profile - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams, ideally in AI/ML, agentic systems, or platform development - Strong understanding of agentic architectures, AI/ML concepts, and model operationalization in production environments - Hands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes - Solid technical background in Python or similar languages, with experience deploying and operating distributed systems About us The Capgemini Group is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their businesses.
