Finance Associate – Multi-Entity Accounting

• Managing day-to-day financial transactions across multiple entities and currencies • Supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes • Preparing and posting journal entries with a strong understanding of underlying business activity • Performing balance sheet reconciliations across entities and regions • Supporting month-end close processes and improving timelines and accuracy • Maintaining organized and audit-ready financial documentation • Reviewing and validating financial data to ensure completeness and accuracy
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role within a corporate or fast-paced environment
- Experience working across multi-entity, multi-cost centre, and/or multi-currency structures
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage; NetSuite is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A collaborative, energetic approach and willingness to learn in a global team

How you'll make an impact Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager – RPS Binding We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead financial operations and decision support for the RPS Binding organization.
