• Lead the execution of sales initiatives, programs, and activities to achieve revenue, growth, and market expansion goals • Own the financial health, operational budget, and P&L performance of the specialty sales organization • Lead sales pipeline management, providing accurate forecasting and lead generation initiatives to secure large-scale IT outsourcing deals • Drive solution-led selling across partner ecosystems including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and others • Spearhead the adoption of NTT DATA’s "Smart AI Agent Ecosystem," moving beyond simple automation to human-orchestrated autonomy in managed services • Design and implement repeatable, scalable solution plays that leverage our unified platform to outpace larger, traditional outsourcers • Authorize and drive solution design reviews to ensure technical feasibility, cost-efficiency (onshore/offshore balance), and alignment with client business outcomes • Direct and coach a matrixed team of individual contributors and directors, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or business (MBA preferred)
- Professional-level certifications in at least one major hyperscaler (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Demonstrated success in a sales/solutions leadership role managing budgets, business development, and cross-functional technical teams
- Candidate will be required to work across a matrixed organization with an independent, startup mindset
- Candidate will be responsible for the allocated team target and budget and be responsible for forecasting and owning the pipeline
- Candidate will be required to operate with ‘owner’ of P&L mindset and continuously look to ways to improve profitability without compromising delivery
- Travel: As needed for business needs up to 50%

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong focus on Policy Based Access Control (PBAC). This role is responsible for designing, authoring, and deploying dynamic authorization policies aligned with complex business requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with PBAC platforms, cloud native infrastructure, automation, and modern DevSecOps practices. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy Policy‑Based Access Control (PBAC) policies to enable fine‑grained and dynamic authorization. - Work closely with business, security, and application teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure authorization policies. - Author, test, deploy, and manage policies in PBAC platforms; experience with PlainID is highly preferred. - Lead policy lifecycle management, including documentation, versioning, change tracking, and governance. - Diagnose and resolve issues with existing authorization policies and implementations, improving stability and performance. - Design and integrate authorization solutions using RESTful APIs. - Work extensively with SQL, including schema design, DDL operations, and data analysis to support IAM use cases. - Deploy, manage, and support IAM workloads on Azure infrastructure, with strong hands‑on experience in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). - Demonstrate a solid understanding of networking concepts, including secure API communication, authentication flows, and cloud networking fundamentals. - Implement secure DevOps practices using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines for policy and application deployments. - Develop PowerShell and shell scripts to automate IAM processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort. - Ensure all IAM and authorization solutions align with organizational security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
